I have been a member of Riderwood’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging Committee for several years. At the time of this video, the committee had recently added “Belonging” to its name and wanted to emphasize the meaning of the word for the community. I designed this video as a proof of concept with the intention of having other members share their own stories. I also designed the group’s thumbprint logo with input from the committee.
